How to take

Daily Intake: Children aged 5-12 take 2 gummies per day morning or night. Children aged 12+ and adults can take up to 6 gummies per day.
When to take: Can be taken with or without food.
Important: Do not exceed the recommended intake.

On the other hand, our KSM-66® Ashwagandha Plus capsules contain both Food Grown® Magnesium and Ashwagandha at doses that are only suitable for adults. A daily serving of these delivers 600mg of Ashwagandha root extract.
