Can I take this during my period?

For continuous support throughout your entire cycle, including during your period, we recommend taking Premenstrual Support daily. Consistency is key for maximum benefit.

Can I take this supplement whilst breastfeeding?

We do not recommend taking Premenstrual Support while breastfeeding, as it contains the botanicals Dong Quai and Ashwagandha. For further guidance, please book a free consultation with our Nutritional Therapists.

Can I take this if I am trying for a baby?

Yes, you can. However, it’s not recommended during pregnancy, so we recommend that you stop taking Premenstrual Support once your pregnancy is confirmed.

Can I take this whilst undergoing assisted fertility support (IVF, IUI)?

We do not recommend taking Premenstrual Support while undergoing assisted fertility support. Please consult your specialist or book a chat with our team for further support.

Can I take this during perimenopause?

Which ingredients have changed with this reformulation?

The ingredient Milk Thistle has undergone some regulatory changes. Whilst still an excellent and safe ingredient, to ensure long-term compliance, we have replaced it with the beautiful botanical Dandelion, rich in antioxidants and traditionally used in women’s health. We have also switched from a food-bound form of Magnesium to Magnesium sourced from seawater.
