
Mackerel pâté
This creamy mackerel pâté recipe makes a quick, Omega 3-packed snack for protein and essential fatty acid support. Vital nutrients for healthy weight management.
Ingredients

2 packs of mackerel filets skinned
- 2 tbsps natural yoghurt
- A large handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
- A good grind of black pepper
- Juice & zest from half an organic lemon
- 1-2 tbsps organic horseradish sauce (adjust according to taste).
Method
- Put all ingredients together in a large bowl and mash with a fork.
- Use a food blender if a smoother consistency is desired. Serves 2.
